TRUTH-IN-SAVINGS DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT

On panel 7, item 4 under “Your Share Draft Account”, the paragraph is changed to read:

4. The Credit Union is under no obligation to pay a share draft which exceeds the balance in the
drafted share account; the Credit Union may, however, pay such a share draft and charge the
amount of the resulting overdraft plus a service charge against any other share account from
which the person who signed the share draft is entitled to withdraw shares. The minimum transfer
from such share account will be no less than $50.  In the event that any of the undersigned writes a
share draft which would result in this share draft account being overdrawn, and if at the time any of
the undersigned is eligible to receive advances from this credit union under a loan account, that
share draft shall be deemed to be a request to the credit union for an advance under such loan account
(minimum of $100.00) sufficient to permit the credit union to honor such draft and credit the advance to
the share draft account.

On panel 10, item 24 is added:

24. Privilege Pay for Share Draft Accounts - We acknowledge that you may overdraw your share
draft account from time to time. In such instances we may decide to honor checks or debits for which
there are insufficient funds. This is the Credit Union’s Privilege Pay program. This program is provided as an             accommodation to you and we are not obligated to honor checks or debits submitted for which there
are                  insufficient funds, even if we have done so in the past. This service is not one for which you can apply.

The Credit Union may honor and pay overdrafts, including checks, automated debits (ACH), bill-pay
transactions, and other electronic transfers so long as you are a member in good standing and have a
share draft checking account that has been open at least 60 days. Other qualifying criteria apply. When
an overdraft is covered, the account will be taken negative by the dollar amount of the overdraft plus
the amount of the Privilege Pay fee. Overdrafts may not be cleared in their chronological order but in the
order they are presented for processing. This may affect the total number of fees charged to your account.

When we honor overdraft items, you must deposit funds immediately, but in no case more than seventeen (17)                 days from the date of occurrence.  Failure to cover the total overdraft amount within this timeframe will cause                    suspension of Privilege Pay and the Credit Union will pursue all collection options available to it.

The Privilege Pay fee is a flat fee charged regardless of the amount of the overdraft and will be charged for                        each overdraft item presented and paid by the Credit Union. The charge for Privilege Pay is described in our                         Fee Schedule. A notice will be sent to you each time an overdraft has been paid using Privilege Pay.

The Privilege Pay program service is a discretionary privilege offered members and not a right of membership.                     The Credit Union encourages you to properly maintain your accounts with us. You agree that the Credit Union                     will not be liable for either paying or refusing to pay any overdraft item. The Credit Union reserves the right to          discontinue this service at any time without any notice.

An alternative option to Privilege Pay would be to apply for a Line of Credit which would serve as an overdraft                  source when needed. There is no fee to transfer from this Line and a nominal finance charge will be assessed                      for only the time it is used.

If you do not want the Privilege Pay program, you may 1) mail your opt-out request to CSC Employees
Federal Credit Union, PO Box 976, El Segundo, CA 90245, 2) email us at
ca@cscefcu.org (please
include your name and address but not your account number, or 3) call us at 800 CSC-EFCU (272-3328).
